Customers can reach the the KOAN's Technical Support team through Email or Phone as specified by the Product Subscription package purchased. 
Regardless of how the contact is made, each customer request will be entered into the customer request database and a KOAN engineer will immediately take ownership of the problem.

Feasibility Study

As the name implies, a feasibility study is an analysis of the viability of an idea. The feasibility study focuses on helping answer the essential question of “should we proceed with the proposed project idea?” All activities of the study are directed toward helping answer this question.

Long Term Support

In some industries, like Telecommunications, Transportation, Aerospace, and Defense, it is not uncommon to find embedded equipment with fielded lifetimes of 5, 10, even 20 years. 
That's why, in addition to bringing our customers the most up-to-date versions of the Linux kernel, tools, and related technologies, KOAN can also support long-term deployment of applications based on KaeilOS Linux. 
With the Long-Term Support Subscription, KOAN provides extended interactive support and addresses software defects in a fixed version of the KaeilOS Linux kernel, OS platform, and development tools, renewable annually or on a fixed term basis.
